Yes, and no. Since Griffin found it, he deserves it. But Swindle bought it, so it's rightfully his. But Griffin had the right to "steal" the card. I wouldn't call it stealing though. I mean, Swindle saw that Griffin had it first, so he tricked Griffin into selling it. Pretty much, he took back what is his.
