What clue are we given earlier in the story that Swindle is a Star Trek fan?
The clue is that when Griffin and Ben enter the store they saw a shelf of classic Star Trek TV figures. When his dad comes in the room to see what the boys are doing they lie and tell him that they are doing homework. He helps them find the code that is from Star Trek.
